Very conveniently located with easy walking distance of the main avenue and old city. I did use the gym, which was surprisingly good. Rooms were nice and beds were comfortable. The only thing I did not like was the restaurant and bar which was really pretty terrible on three occasions. Some of the staff were very helpful but others couldn't be bothered to look away from their cell phones. For a decent comfortable room, this is a good choice.

Food was good. Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and tidy. The only thing letting it down was the air conditioning, it only worked from 3pm to 3am and had a foul odor when working.

As a repeat guest at Adam Hotel, I have always appreciated the property, and I continue to be impressed by the impeccable cleanliness and the excellent maintenance of the amenities. However, I felt that the overall level of service during this stay did not quite align with the expectations of a 5-star hotel. Small touches that usually define the experience, such as a welcome drink upon arrival, were missing. Additionally, the breakfast selection was quite limited compared to previous visits. I hope to see these areas addressed, as they would significantly improve the guest experience and help bring the service back up to the high standard this hotel is capable of.
